How do I install the Matomo tracking code?

Copy the JavaScript tracking code from Matomo (Administration > Tracking Code) and paste it before the closing </head> tag on every page of your website. Alternatively, use Matomo Tag Manager to deploy it.

For WordPress, the Matomo for WordPress plugin or Matomo Site Kit handles this automatically. For single-page applications, use the JavaScript Tracking Client API to track page changes manually.
