How do I set up funnels in Matomo?
Funnels is a premium plugin. Once installed, go to Administration > Goals and define the steps of your funnel (a series of URLs or events visitors should go through). Matomo then visualizes where visitors drop off at each step.
Funnels are particularly useful for checkout flows, sign-up processes, and onboarding sequences. You can see conversion rates between each step and identify exactly where visitors abandon.
